1. Check Power Supply

2. Restart Deco Device
You must try restarting the Deco devices to dispel the problem of Deco flashing blue or Deco blinking blue light. To restart, just follow down written points;
- Unplug the power cord connected to the wall socket.
- Plug the cord in the electric wall socket again to restart the device.
3. Satellite Re-Position
You must check that the Deco child nodes are placed far from the electronic devices and near to the Deco parent node. If not then re-positioning the devices is the best way to dispel the problem.
4. Check Ethernet Cable Connection
Ethernet cable helps Deco main unit to connect with the host router or modem. So the cable must be in good condition and connected to the modem or router LAN port. If it is a damaged cable then replacing it with a new one is best option.
5. Reset Deco System
All the above can be failed to provide solution to the problem, but resetting the Deco mesh system probably the best solution. There are two ways to reset the device; one is manually and other is through Phone app.
- To reset the device manually, you have to the find the RESET pinhole button and long press it with a pin.
- To reset device with the Deco app in phone, you have to open the app, go to the Network page> Network Map> Deco node> and simply tap REMOVE to reset the unit.
After resetting the Deco mesh unit, you have to re-configure all the settings and networks by using your phone or computer.
